Seed Testing Services

Physical Purity
This analysis determines the proportion of pure seed within a submitted sample and identifies the presence of inert matter and other crop seeds. It provides essential information about the physical quality and cleanliness of the seed lot.
Seed Weight Evaluation
Seed weight testing measures the average 1000 seed weight of a seed lot. offering valuable data for sowing rate calculations and seed quality assessment.
Germination Testing
Germination testing evaluates the potential of seeds to produce normal seedlings under optimal conditions. The results indicate the overall vitality and planting value of the seed lot.
Viability Assessment (Tetrazolium Test)
When quick results are required, or for species with dormant or slow-germinating seeds, a tetrazolium (TZ) test is used to assess the viability of embryos. This provides a rapid and reliable estimate of living seed percentage.
